My last 2 weeks!

Hey!!!  It's Me, V!

I've had the most eventful last 2 weeks!  

So Far...I've done laundry with my mom a few times....

....played on my mom's bean bag chair....

.....AND....lost my two bottom front teeth!!  Those are my new big dog teeth you see there!!!  I got extra treats under my bed too!  They are falling out left and right now, the treats keep showing up too!!  A puppy could get used to this!

I also found out more information about my work towards being a Therapy Dog, I'm right on track!  My mom has taught me a new trick to add to my bag!  I can SNEAK!  Basically, I crawl across the floor real sneaky like...only for a treat of course !  RUuuuffFFFF!!! 

I got to spend some time with that strange dog outside that looks nothing like me!  After doing some research, I found out that she isn't the different one at all, I AM!  Talk about judging a dog by it's appearance!  Another lesson in the life of a pup I suppose.  Even though she plays too rough still, she's a pretty cool friend!  

 It turns out that I'm not even a "natural" breed of dog, I am a "human made breed."  Yep, you read it, human made!! What does THAT mean??!!  Well, it means that humans breed two different breeds of dog together to get the English Bulldog, and without humans, my breed would exist!  That's a lot to take in for such a young pup!  I can tell you more about that later!

My mom tried to paint my nails, but she only got a few of them!  I'm not sure I care for that stuff, I like to get dirty and make a mess!

  I took SEVERAL road trips, did I mention how much I love riding in the trucks!?!?!  It's my favorite thing!

I spent a lot of time with my family the last few weeks!  Just the way I like it, weekends are my FAVORITE, that's when mom and dad are home and we get to play as a family!  

Well, I'm growing like a weed and will have a mouth full of big dog teeth in no time!  My bottom jaw will start sticking out a little, this is when most dogs might make fun of me :(.  I will go through an awkward "teenager" phase soon.  My body will be too big for my head, then my head will be too big for my body, then my face won't match the size of my ears.  The list goes on....at least I have a loving and caring family and group of friends that accept me for who I am!  The CUTEST bully in the WORLD!!!!

My Special Family!

Hey, it's Me, V!

I hope everyone is having a PAWSOME week like me!  My mom bought me a BLUE harness with paw prints with a matching leash!  I love it!  This past week I did a lot of sleeping.  I'm going through a growth spurt and it makes me soooooo sleeeepppy.  ZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzz....I've been dreaming of the Canine Tooth Fairy.  I should be getting close to losing some of these baby teeth!  BONES, BONES, BOOOOONESSSSSSS, under my pillow, that's all I dream about!

In the mean time....

I want to tell you a little more about my special family:

My doggy momma, Cannon Ball Lovelace (Cannon)-Nut for toys, give her a toy and she'll chew for days, play fetch with her, and she will run your battery down faster than her own!  No lie, my mom is CRAZY!  She isn't like any other bulldog I've ever known, and so far, I've known 5!

My doggy dad, Howitzer Cannon Lovelace (Howie)-Dad is your standard bulldog, very strong, very lazy.  My dad is still kind of young, so he plays a lot, but when you need him to do something really quick, he does the exact opposite.  He lives outside with my other bulldog friends!

Bouncing Betty Lovelace (BB)-BB is the sweetest bully ever!  She's sweet like a grandma but she's not quite that old yet.  She's never even been a mother!  She lives outside with Howie, Gatty and Elree.

Gatling Gun Lovelace (Gatty)-my human mom calls this one "her Gatty Girl".  She's still a puppy like me, so we play when we see each other!  I wish Gatty could come in the house and play more, but she has a hard time going outside when she needs too.  My parents got her from someone else and I hear them talk all the time about her not being trained right.  That's why she is outside mostly.  Gatty and BB play a lot with each other!

Boomer (I call him Uncle Boomer)-Legend has it, Boomer has been here since FUREVER,...since before all the other dogs in my family!  He was here when I got here, and I hear that he is the "man of the house" when my human dad is gone.  I think that's why he gets to stay inside.

There is one here that looks a lot different from us, Elree, a Siberian Husky.-I have NOT figured this one out yet!  Her tail is different than mine, her nose is different than mine, her coat is different than mine, her eyes are a different color than mine....AHHHHHH!!!  Why is she so, DIFFERENT??  None of my friends here look like her.  Her tail shakes back and forth really fast, and she sticks that nose of hers ALL OVER ME!  WHAT IS THIS THING!?!?!

I don't know, but I've got to find out quick!  I'm going on an adventure!!!  I hope to return with the answers to my question....WHY IS SHE SO DIFFERENT???

Hey, it's me, V!

Finally got a blog!  I'm a dog with a blog!  Well, a puppy with a blog. 

Anyway, as you already know by reading the "about me" section (you read it, right??), I'm hoping to work my way towards being a therapy dog!  It will take some time to reach my goal, but I know that with help and encouragement, I can do anything!  My human mom wants to use me to help people, and I think I'm perfect for the job!  From birth, I was a very sweet, laid back girl.  I got my nickname from the "V" that the coloring makes on my back.  

As of today, I am 3 months old!  So far, my mom has taught me to "sit" and "lay".  She gives me treats every time I do it!!  What!?!?  Is that all I have to do to get treats??  Just do what my mother asks???  I'M IN!  I've been potty training for about 6 weeks now, so I'm getting really good at it.  

Today, I took a really, REALLY, long nap!  After all, what else would a puppy my age do?  I'll tell you, I could play, eat, or attempt to destroy something that's not mine.  Mom said I made a good choice with the nap!  

I'm hoping Monday will be more eventful, I have a meeting with someone special!
